Listening to our clients

We know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to providing accessible services. That’s why we’re continually informed by our clients’ experiences of living with disability, trauma, and coming from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Based on feedback from our customers and our people, we’ve recently put a range of accessibility measures in place.

Accessibility measures:

Conducting ongoing accessibility audits of all of our physical centres

Ensuring our website and social media channels adhere to the latest web accessibility standards

Delivering regular disability-inclusive training workshops to our staff

Launching a dedicated Accessibility Action Group, which is spearheading accessibility initiatives across the organisation

We value the diversity of our workforce, and are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive workplace which allows staff with disability, injury, or illness to fully participate.

We have a comprehensive Workplace Adjustments Policy to ensure all employees are able to effectively use their skills and experience to contribute to the organisation, free from discrimination.
